A. These guitars are hand-crafted in the Polak Gypsy Guitars workshop and shipped worldwide from there. Polak are experts at safely shipping guitars. I've received many from them and they have always arrived in perfect condition. They use a packing/wrapping system which works great and is light and safe.

Q. Will my guitar require a custom case?
A. My Polak Gypsy Guitar will fit into any standard guitar case. I personally use a soft case when traveling with mine.
Q. I am left handed, do they make a left handed version?
A. Absolutely! Eddy Polak can make a customized guitar for you. He'll will be very happy to make you a Left Handed "Goldfinger" or "Swing 42" Guitar.
Q. What about the action?
A. Eddy Polak has set up each guitar with the optimal action of 2.7mm at the 12th fret. This is to get the best volume out of the guitar whilst still being comfortable to play. Every guitar is set up to make sure the action is as low as possible before leaving the workshop.
